Prevention
All injuries are preventable. We proactively mitigate workplace risks so your workers stay fit and healthy.
Our services include:
Pre-Employment Functional Assessments
Workstation Audits
Manual Handling Recommendations and Workshops
Pain and Discomfort Workshops
Ergonomics, Including Job Task Analysis, Risk Assessment and Design
Early Intervention
Employees who experience pain often do not suffer tissue damage that is associated with injury. We support your employees early on, helping them self-manage discomfort while continuing to work, as well as avoiding pain from advancing to injury.
Our services include:
Individual Discomfort and Pain Assessments
Onsite Physiotherapy
Rehabilitation
After sustaining an injury, workers need help recovering physically, emotionally and psychologically before they can resume their previous role at work. We develop individual programmes that allow employees to return to their duties on a sustainable timeline.
Our services include:
ACC Funded Stay at Work Service
Onsite Return to Work Management Following Injury or Illness
Task Analysis Sheets
Functional Fitness for Work Testing
Functional Rehabilitation Programmes

Employees can now be referred directly for return to work support at work that is fully covered by ACC for eligible injuries. There are no additional costs to the client or employer.
ACC’s Stay at Work service provides support for injured individuals within the workplace. This enables employees to return to work safely by offering tailored accommodations and resources.
